Mary Martinez, Chief Operating Officer, a finance professional has been in banking over 20 years specializing in operations, technology and compliance. Her Degree in Business Computer Information Systems is from The University of North Texas, while also receiving her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from The Institute of Certified Bankers. Prior to joining USGAI, Mary developed and lead the Bank Division for a leasing company in Texas.
